Sharing Content and Information
When you use P-Count to send and receive information electronically, all the content and information you provide will be used and securely stored. By using P-Count, you therefore consent to receive communications from us by e-mail, SMS, and app notifications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All communication is designed to provide you with information regarding security of a hostile threat-related nature and should be regarded as authentic information. The USAID/KEA communications are provided by PLSO for information only and decisions regarding security of facilities, personnel and travel should be based on Department of State travel advisories, OSAC advisories or other 'authorities' guidance.

All content included on P-Count, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Insight (K) Ltd or its content suppliers and protected by Kenyan and International copyright laws.
License and Site Access
Insight (K) Ltd grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of P-Count and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Insight (K) Ltd.
This license does not include any resale or commercial use of P-Count or its contents; any derivative use of its contents; any downloading or copying of account information; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. Unless otherwise specified by Insight (K) Ltd in a separate license, your right to use any software, data, documentation or other materials that you access or download through P-Count is subject to these App Terms.
P-Count or any portion of the app may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Insight (K) Ltd. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of P-Count without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing P-Count’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Insight (K) Ltd. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Insight (K) Ltd.
Registration and Account Security
If you use P-Count, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting all unauthorized access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Insight (K) Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in its sole discretion.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
P-Count and all its resources are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Insight (K) Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.
Applicable Law
By using P-Count, you agree that the Kenyan laws, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these App Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Insight (K) Ltd.
Amendments
Insight (K) Ltd will notify you before making changes to these terms and give you the opportunity to review and comment on the revised terms before continuing to use our Services.
If we make changes to policies, guidelines or other terms referenced in or incorporated by this Statement, we may provide notice through the app.
Your continued use of P-Count, following notice of the changes to our terms, policies or guidelines, constitutes your acceptance of our amended terms, policies or guidelines.
Termination
If you violate the letter or spirit of this Statement, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of P-Count to you. We will notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account. You may also delete your account or disable your application at any time.
Claims, Disputes and Cause of Action
If you believe that your information has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Insight (K) Ltd with a written report, indicating clearly the alleged copyrighted material.
